Consym Sdn Bhd, incorporated in Malaysia since established in year 2002, provides seamless solutions for corrosion and purity issues in the chemical, petro-chemical, oleo-chemical, biodiesel, pharmaceutical, semiconductor and electronics industries. Backed by an experienced and highly skilled team, our manufacturing site is fully equipped to handle projects from design phase to high volume production and final testing including material handling with full traceability.

Consym is a manufacturer of PTFE lined pipes and fittings and a distributor of PTFE lined valves, lined pumps, safety shields and PTFE hoses. Founded in Singapore 1997, Consym had established in Malaysia from year 2002 with its manufacturing based in Singapore and is capable of supplying the full range of Lined Pipes, Fittings, Valve, Pumps, Industrial valves, Control Valves and Tanks.

The Richter product range of corrosion-resistant shut-off, safety, sampling and check valves, sight glasses  as well as control equipment for control and shut-off functions is virtually complete. These products are made to ISO/DIN PN I 6/PN25 and ASME/ANSI Cl. 150 and 300 lbs for temper­atures from -60 to 200°C (-75 to 400'F). They excel through robust design and long service life The body is manufactured from ductile cast iron EN-JS 1049/ ASTM A395 or stainless steel, absorbing pressure and pipework forces. Thick-walled, vacuum-resistant linings — PFA, PTFE, PFA-P (highly permeation-resistant) and PFA-L (antistatic) —offer particularly high resistance to corrosion. Special pure media versions and a comprehensive options package round off the range. Certified series in compliance with the German Clean Act and with FDA are available.

The performance range comprises flow rates of up to 600 m3/h (2,600 USgpm), heads of up to 150 m (500 ft) LC and temperatures of -60 to 200°C (-75 to 400 OF). Thanks to their sturdy design and consistent emphasis on high reliability, Richter pumps are also optimally suited for use under arduous operating conditions. They are available as mechanically sealed and magnetic drive pumps to EN DIN 24256/ISO 2858 and ANSI/ASME B 73.3. Lining materials are PFA, PTFE and PE-UHMW as well as PFA-P (highly permeation-resistant) and PFA-L (antistatic). Innovative self-priming pumps, vortex and peripheral pumps as well as customised solutions round off the range. Magnetic drive pumps with dry-run-opti­mised SAFEGLIDE® PLUS plain bearings and for solids contents of up to 30% are some of the crucial Richter innovations in pump technology. We offer conformity to ATEX, the German Clean Air Act and FDA.
